Admission

Original copy of PSA Birth Certificate and 2 photocopies
(2) 1X1 colored ID photo taken during the last 6 months
Recommendation Form from previous school accomplished by Guidance Councilor or Adviser
Photocopy of latest Report Card (Form 138) with Principal's signature
Good Moral Certificate from previous school

* Applicant must be at least 5 years old for Kinder and 6 years old for Grade 1 by October 31st

Fill up the ENLISTMENT FORM completely then submit.
You will receive an e-mail acknowledging your enlistment. This e-mail will detail your available school fee payment schedules and will have a link to the form where you will send your entrance fee payment.
Fill up the entrance fee payment form with your preferred payment schedule and your proof of payment.
Once your entrance fee payment has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your successful enrollment with an attached scan of Official Receipt and Certificate of Enrollment

Fill up the ENLISTMENT FORM completely then submit.
You will receive an e-mail acknowledging your enlistment. This e-mail will list the required documents to be submitted for enrollment and will have a link to the form where you will upload these documents. Upload your REQUIRED DOCUMENTS through the form (in PDF or JPG format).
You will receive an e-mail inviting you and your child to visit the admissions office of the school for a briefing, an interview, and an assessment test with the school’s guidance advocate.
Once the interview and assessment test are completed, choose your preferred payment schedule. The admissions officer will direct you to the cashier after processing your application.
Pay the entrance fee at the cashier and receive your Official Receipt
Present the Official Receipt to the admissions officer and receive your child’s Certificate of Enrollment to complete the enrollment process.
