ON-SITE PROCEDURE

FOR RETURNING STUDENTS

  1. Go to the admissions office and submit the student's LATEST FORM 138 to the admissions officer.
  2. Update the personal information form then submit to the admissions officer.
  3. Choose your preferred payment schedule. The admissions officer will direct you to the cashier after processing your application.
  4. Pay the entrance fee at the cashier and receive your Official Receipt
  5. Present the Official Receipt to the admissions officer and receive your child’s Certificate of Enrollment to complete the enrollment process.

FOR NEW STUDENTS/TRANSFEREES

  1. Go to the admissions office and submit the REQUIRED DOCUMENTS to the admissions officer. 
  2. Fill up the application form and personal information form then submit to the admissions officer.
  3. Proceed with the child’s interview and the scheduling of the assessment test with the school guidance advocate. 
  4. Once the interview and assessment test are completed, choose your preferred payment schedule. The admissions officer will direct you to the cashier after processing your application.
  5. Pay the entrance fee at the cashier and receive your Official Receipt
  6. Present the Official Receipt to the admissions officer and receive your child’s Certificate of Enrollment to complete the enrollment process.
