Education Service Contracting (ESC) is a government subsidy which entitles qualified grantees to annual financial assistance throughout junior high school provided they meet the requirements for regular promotion in each grade level. As an ESC participating school, Niño Jesus House of Studies extends the grant to qualified students who will receive P13,000 annually from Grade 7 to Grade 10.

• Elementary graduate from a Public or DepEd Recognized Elementary School
• Incoming Grade 7 student (ALS A&E/PEPT Grade 7 Qualifiers are included)
• Has not been a recipient of the ESC in the previous school years
• Filipino citizen

• Duly accomplished ESC Contract Form 
• Duly accomplished ESC Application Form
• Photocopy of PSA Certified Birth Certificate
• Photocopy of Grade 6 Report Card
• Recent 2×2 photo of the ESC applicant
• Proof of Income of both Parents/Guardian (latest Income Tax Return, Certificate of Employment/Indigency or Municipal Certification of Unemployment)

Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS VP) is a program of financial assistance wherein subsidies in the form of vouchers are provided to qualified SHS learners in participating private or non-DepEd public SHSs.

Automatically Qualified Learners

• Grade 10 completers in Public Schools operated by DepEd
• All Grade 10 completers in state universities and colleges (SUCs) and local universities and colleges (LUCs)
• All Grade 10 completers in Private schools who are ESC grantees

Voucher Applicants

• All Grade 10 Completers in private schools who are not ESC grantees
• All Grade 10 completers who completed Grade 10 prior to SY 2020-2021 but not earlier than 2016 and had not previously enrolled for Grade 11
• Learners who had passed the ALS A&E Test for Grade 10 not earlier than 2016 and had not previously enrolled for Grade 11
• Learners who passed the PEPT for Grade 10 not earlier than 2016 and had not previously enrolled for Grade 11 or will take the PEPT

Senior High School Online Voucher Applications are solely done ONLINE coursed through the Private Education Assistance Committee National Secretariat (PEAC NS) Online Voucher Application Portal (OVAP).

Applications submitted manually will not be accommodated. The Department of Education (DepEd) shall not accept submission of applications.
